Why “As Is, Where Is”?
Many private aircraft sales are done on an “As Is, Where Is” basis. This means the buyer accepts the aircraft in its current condition, after having the opportunity to inspect it. It’s a common and accepted approach in the industry, especially when the buyer carries out their own pre-purchase inspection.
This template reflects that approach while still remaining fair and professional.

- Both parties should review it carefully
